The top team in Class D1 is blazing through their competition early in the season, winning their first three games by an average margin of victory of 41 points. After a home-opening win over Class C1 Lincoln Christian in the first week of December, the Eagles kept rolling with 48 and 56 point wins this past week, putting 75 points on the scoreboard each time to pick up easy wins over Palmyra and Falls City.
Junior Brody Koehler is leading the team in scoring, averaging 20.3 points a game to go with seven rebounds, while Camden Dalinghaus is putting up 16.3 points and Casen Dalinghaus is averaging 13.7 a game, leading the Eagles smoothly to a 3-0 start.
