Wednesday, Jan. 8, Bob Hallstrom of Syracuse will take office as District 1 senator representing Nemaha, Johnson, Otoe, Pawnee and Richardson counties in the Unicameral.
Hallstrom replied to several questions from the Nemaha County Herald staff.
Thoughts after learning you were elected: I was naturally thrilled at the outcome of the election and look forward to listening to and representing the people of the 1st Legislative District. Much work lies ahead but together we can do great things for Southeast Nebraska and the state.
