The Nemaha County Commissioners have set Wednesday, June 5, to sell county real estate properties from sheriff’s sales.
Additional action items approved Wednesday, March 27 were: --resolutions renewing the Auburn Country Club liquor license and a subdivision requested by Roger L. and Riley R. Gerdes and Elm Ranch Inc. The Country Club license is the only liquor license renewed through the county.
--applications to work in county right of ways from the Auburn Board of Public Works, 732 Road north of Brownville; Thomas Snodgrass, 638 Avenue and 738 Road along the Nemaha- Otoe County line and the Omaha Public Power District eight miles south of Auburn.
