April 23 Tree Planting, Pruning Workshop

A tree planting and pruning workshop is scheduled Tuesday, April 23 at Pawnee City.

It starts at 5:30 p.m. in the commissioners room of the Pawnee County Courthouse, 625 6th St. The cost of the workshop is $10 per person. To register, please visit https:// forms.office.com/r/GFLt-L1ibLy or call 402-852-2970.

Topics include tree selection, planting best practices and pruning do’s and don’ts. It will be conducted by Nicole Stoner. Stoner is an International Society of Arboriculture certified arborist from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from Nebraska Extension-Gage County.
