Representatives of Southeast Nebraska Community Action Partnership, Inc. (SENCA) updated the Nemaha County Commissioners Wednesday morning, April 10 on how the partnership continues to serve the region.
“We invest in families and strengthen communities. With every program we have, we want to have a positive outcome,” noted Susan Keholm, development director who has been with the organization 16 years. She was accompanied by Debbie Green, court appointed special advocate (CASA) and Danyel Lewis, family development specialist.
SENCA’s focuses are community economic development, family outreach and youth education.
