Auburn’s top four golfers each finished within eight strokes of each other to finish runners-up at the HTRS golf invite at Kirkmans’ Lakeview Golf Course in Humboldt on Tuesday, April 9. Two days later, Auburn placed 5th among 10 varsity teams at the Nebraska City Invite on Thursday, April 11.
Junior Hudson Emshoff led the Bulldogs in Humboldt with a score of 81 on the day and finished third on the team in Nebraska City with a score of 95. Senior Maverick Binder placed ninth and 10th on the week, while Kaleb Dammast had finishes of eight and 11th to round out Auburn’s top three golfers of the week.
