Rowell Finishes High In Throwing Events for Auburn Boys; Stanley, Gerdes Among Top Girls Finishers at Plattsmouth, Syracuse Track & Field Meets
As warmer weather began to break through this past week, the Auburn track and field teams were in action twice at the Plattsmouth Invite on Tuesday, April 9 and the Scott Nisely Memorial Invite at Syracuse on Thursday, April 11.
Top individual finishers on the week include Logan Rowell, who had top five finishes in the discus throw on both days. For the girls, Mackenzie Stanley and Heidi Gerdes both medaled at each meet including a first place finish in the 1600 Meter Relay at Plattsmouth along with Addison Darnell and Liston Crotty.
