Nebraska State Patrol (NSP) trooopers secured first and second place in this year’s Nebraska Inspector Championships.
Carrier Enforcement Sgt. Matt Ramsey, an Auburn native has won first place in the Nebraska Inspector Championships. The competition was jointly with the Nebraska Truck Driving Championships in Grand Island.
Ramsey is a 24-year veteran of NSP and is assigned to the Carrier Enforcement Division. He was runner-up in 2023. Investigator Kris Hunzeker placed second in the competition. Hunzeker is a 21-year veteran of NSP.
