Isaac Kreikemeier of JEO Consulting spoke to the City Council during the public hearings portion of the Monday, June 10 Auburn City Council meeting regarding a final plats for the Westgate Third Addition including as Outlot A of Terrace Heights.
Councilman Shawn Clark was absent from the June meeting. The easement running West to East through the middle of the proposed Westgate Addition has been minimized from 50 feet down to 30 feet to increase buildable space. The amended easement was approved by the Auburn Board of Public Works and passed during the resolutions portion of the meeting.
Drainage easements between lots 35 and 36 on the East side of Westgate were added to allow drainage to go between the lots and harmonize with existing drainage outside of the addition.
