Champions Crowned at ACC Sole Survivor Competition July 4

AUBURN COUNTRY CLUB’S Annual Sole Survivor golfing event was held on Thursday, July 4. The elimination event consisted of 20 contestants divided into two, 10-competitor flights. The A flight began at 1 p.m. ABOVE, Grant Cole (left) outlasted Shawn Wehenkel and birdied the 9th hole to win the A filight of the SOle Survivor. BELOW, Paul Catlett walked off the 9th hole as B flight champion with Danny Hayes finishing this year’s event as runner-up.

A FLIGHT COMPETITORS and the holes they were eliminated on were: #1 Lance Gulizia, #2 Russ Blex, #3 Todd Binder, #4 Cam Binder, #5 Landon Holmes, #6 Matt Wilmers, #7 Zach Blessing, #8 Boo Wehenkel and #9 Shawn Wehenkel.
