The Auburn Airstream Juniors had a fast exit as the host of the juniors B2 area tournament last weekend. A 16-1 loss to the bracket’s top seed in Lincoln Christian and a walk-off in the bottom of the seventh by Fairbury made Auburn the first team out.
Leading into the area tournament, the Juniors were shut out by Crete in a 5-0 loss on Monday.
