Cross County Girls Finish Second in State Cross Country Preview at UNK

Every fall, a majority of the state championship contending cross country teams compete at the University of Nebraska-Kearney Invitational, which acts as a preview for the state cross country championships.

Up against some of the most likely contenders in Class C, the Bulldog cross country girls finished second, three points behind meet winning Columbus Scotus.

Per usual, Liston Crotty paced the Bulldog girls with a 6th place finish at 20:29.2. Olivia Crotty rounded out the top 10 individuals with a time of 21:01.7, leading to a team score of 61.
